Facilities rates:
Zion Ridge Lodge:
$170 per night, 3 night minimum. Weekly: $1,050.
Spurrier Ridge House:
$160 per night, 2 night minimum. Weekly: $990.
Cabin in the Woods:
$70 per night. Weekly: $400.
Hoffman Road Farmhouse:
$165 per night, 2 night minimum. Weekly: $1,120
Rates for hunters:
Hunting fees are $165 per person per night and include accommodations (if available) and the guide service. No more than 4 hunters per guide. Utility vehicle available to transport deer from the field. Groups of hunters may reserve any house or cabin, depending on group size and availability. Two day minimum for bowhunters, three day minimum for gun season.
Booking:
All accommodations are subject to availability. Your desired dates, if available, will be held for a week after reservation to allow your 50% deposit to reach us. The reservation is guaranteed when we have received your payment. If we do not receive payment in full for the reservation by 30 days prior to your arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled.
