Must be 21 years of age to rent cabins or houses.

Two night minimum is required, unless otherwise noted.

Three night minimum is required on holiday weekends and for hunting reservations during deer gun season.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

All applicable taxes will be applied to rates.

50% payment due upon reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival: Full refund, less $30 processing fee.

Cancellations less than 14 days, but more than 3 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival: No refund.

Deer Gun Season Only:

Check-in is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. You will be expected to wash the dishes, place trash in the proper receptacles, and then make sure the dwelling is secure before departing.

Please limit occupancy to the cabin maximum and adhere to pet and smoking preferences of the cabin. No Guests, paid guests only please. In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges may be applied. Linens and towels are provided along with basic kitchenware and utensils. A starter supply only of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels will be provided. Upon arrival, please report any damages, shortage of supplies, or housekeeping issues immediately. There is a $20 charge for each person in excess of 4 persons staying at a house.

50% payment is due upon reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Well mannered and housebroken pets are permitted.

Maximum number of pets per cabin or house is 2.

Pet fee is $50 per stay.

Pets are NOT to be left alone in the cabin or house unless crated.
